Tara Levine serves as Clinical Director at RECO Immersive, providing clinical leadership across the residential mental-health program. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Qualified Supervisor, Tara has nearly a decade of experience in behavioral health, specializing in the treatment of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
She has held clinical leadership positions across multiple levels of care — crisis stabilization, outpatient services, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and residential treatment — which shapes how she runs the residential program at RECO Immersive. Throughout her career, Tara has overseen multidisciplinary clinical teams, developed treatment programming, supervised licensed and pre-licensed clinicians, and led quality-improvement initiatives focused on clinical excellence, compliance, and patient safety.
Her experience includes working with individuals experiencing severe mental illness, trauma, personality disorders, psychosis, addiction, and acute psychiatric crises. She is passionate about creating treatment environments where both clients and clinicians can thrive.
Approach to Care
Tara believes meaningful recovery requires more than symptom stabilization — it requires helping clients build insight, resilience, and practical skills they can carry beyond treatment. Her clinical approach combines evidence-based interventions with direct, compassionate care, emphasizing accountability while meeting individuals where they are in their recovery.
As a leader, Tara values collaboration, consistency, and strong clinical documentation that accurately reflects each client’s progress and supports quality care. She works closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure treatment remains individualized, clinically sound, and focused on long-term recovery.
