Case Concierge Management is one-on-one support designed to help you make the most of your treatment experience. Your case concierge acts as a trusted guide—someone who helps coordinate your care, track your progress, and make sure your needs are being met every step of the way. They serve as a bridge between you, your providers, and your support system to keep everything aligned and on track.
Healing can be overwhelming, especially when you’re managing multiple therapies, appointments, and emotions. Case Concierge Management provides consistency and structure, so you don’t have to navigate everything alone. It helps reduce stress, build trust, and create a smoother path through the recovery process.
Having a dedicated point of contact helps you feel more supported, less overwhelmed, and more empowered in your healing. It improves communication, builds accountability, and allows you to focus on what really matters—your mental and emotional well-being.

Case management & concierge support
How we coordinate care behind the scenes so you can focus on recovery.
Case management coordinates every non-clinical part of your care: scheduling appointments across your therapy, psychiatry, and adjunctive treatments; communicating with insurance for ongoing authorization; arranging family sessions and updates; managing prescription refills and medication adjustments with the pharmacy; coordinating step-down planning to PHP, IOP, sober living, or outpatient providers; and handling logistics like transportation, meals, or accommodations for traveling clients.
There's overlap but they serve different needs. Case management is the standard clinical coordination every RECO Immersive client receives. Concierge service is enhanced support for clients who need higher-touch logistics — executive clients balancing work demands, traveling clients without local family support, professionals navigating licensure or workplace concerns, or families with complex coordination needs. Concierge service includes all case management plus dedicated availability for time-sensitive logistics.
A dedicated case manager handles insurance verification at admission, ongoing utilization review with your insurance company, coordination of single-case agreements when your plan is out-of-network, and appeals when authorization is denied. Most clients never have to call their insurance directly during treatment — we handle the calls and forward summaries. Clients receive transparent updates about authorization length and what to expect at the next review.
Discharge planning starts in the second week of treatment, not the last day. Case management coordinates your step-down: outpatient therapy referrals matched to what worked here, psychiatry follow-up for medication continuity, sober living placement when indicated, and integration with the RECO alumni program. Your case manager remains available for 30 days post-discharge to troubleshoot any continuity issues during the transition home.
Only if you choose. We have specific protocols for executive and professional clients to maintain confidentiality with employers, including communication strategies for explaining the treatment leave. Family communication happens only with your written consent and on terms you set — many clients want family involved in weekly check-ins; others prefer minimal contact. Case management adapts to whatever level of disclosure feels right for your situation.
