Begin Your Recovery
Taking the first step toward treatment is an act of courage. Our admissions team is here to make the process as seamless and supportive as possible.
What to Expect
We understand that reaching out for mental health treatment can feel overwhelming. Our admissions coordinators are compassionate, experienced professionals who will guide you through every step of the process with clarity, confidentiality, and care. Same-day admissions are often available for individuals in urgent need.
Confidential Assessment
Call our admissions line at (844) 451-2361 or submit an online inquiry form. A trained admissions coordinator will conduct a confidential phone assessment to understand your current situation, symptoms, treatment history, and goals. This call typically takes 15 to 30 minutes and there is absolutely no obligation.
Insurance Verification
We verify your insurance benefits on your behalf, free of charge. Our team contacts your provider to determine your specific coverage for mental health treatment, including any deductibles, co-pays, or authorization requirements. We work with most major insurance providers and can explain your financial options clearly.
Clinical Intake
Once placement is confirmed, our clinical team conducts a more detailed intake assessment, either by phone or upon arrival at our facility. This comprehensive evaluation includes psychiatric history, medical screening, risk assessment, and initial treatment planning to ensure your care begins appropriately from day one.
Travel Coordination
For clients traveling from out of state, our team assists with flight booking, ground transportation to our facility, and any logistical needs. We can also coordinate with your current providers to ensure a seamless transfer of care and relevant medical records.
Arrival and Orientation
Upon arrival, you are welcomed by our clinical and residential staff who provide a thorough orientation to our facility, schedule, and community. Your personalized treatment plan is finalized within the first 48 hours, and therapeutic programming begins immediately. You are never alone in this process.
What to Bring
For residential clients, we recommend bringing:
- Comfortable clothing for 7-10 days (laundry services are available)
- Active wear and comfortable shoes for outdoor and fitness activities
- Personal toiletries and hygiene products
- Any currently prescribed medications in original containers
- Insurance cards and valid photo identification
- A journal or notebook (optional but encouraged)
- Comfort items such as photos, books, or a favorite blanket
Detailed packing guidelines and any restricted items will be provided by your admissions coordinator during the intake process.
