The Hart is a small women's home in Delray Beach that carries a memorial name — held for Daniel Hart — and an intentionally intimate scale to match. It is designed for a handful of residents at a time, which changes what a home like this can be. Meals feel like meals. Evenings feel like evenings. The pace of the day is set by who is actually in the room.
For women working through anxiety, depression, PTSD, medication stabilization, or the aftermath of trauma, small matters. When a residence is intimate, the nervous system stops scanning for exits. The therapy done on the RECO Immersive campus each day has somewhere to land — a couch, a quiet kitchen table, a person you already know by first name.
The Hart is staffed, professionally maintained, and held as an extension of clinical treatment rather than the housing around it. It is where the arc of recovery gets its off-hours — the parts of the work that happen once the day's sessions are over and the house goes quiet.
