The Van Epps is a residential home for women in RECO Immersive treatment, held as a memorial to Cole Van Epps. It is one of the more meticulously kept houses in our residential system — a detail residents tend to notice quickly, because a well-maintained home reads to a settling nervous system as safety before any language for it arrives.
Inside, the light is generous and the rooms are unhurried. There is space to be with other women in the same arc of recovery, and space to be alone when the day has asked for enough. For someone working through anxiety, depression, PTSD, or the fatigue of a co-occurring diagnosis, that mix is not an aesthetic choice — it is how the coping work you did on campus that day actually gets time to root.
The Van Epps is professionally staffed, close to the RECO Immersive clinical campus, and treated as part of the therapeutic environment rather than the housing arrangement around it.
