Carly Podolsky — Director of Operations

Leadership

Carly Podolsky

Director of Operations

Carly turned her own recovery into a career running the day-to-day operations that hold the RECO Immersive network together.

Background

Carly Podolsky leads operations at RECO Immersive, where her focus is the team that clients see most: the behavioral health technicians who anchor the residential day. She started her own career in advertising and marketing in New York and Miami, holding a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Miami, before her path took an unexpected turn.

After completing RECO's residential program herself, Carly knew she wanted to work on the other side of it. She joined the team as a BHT, was promoted to Shift Lead, then Supervisor, and now serves as Director of Operations.

Approach to Care

Carly built her understanding of residential mental health treatment from the ground floor — literally. She knows what a 7am wake-up looks like from a client's perspective and what it takes to staff a residential program where someone is consistently present, attentive, and steady through the daily cycle.

That experience shapes how she leads. She treats the BHT team as the relational backbone of immersive treatment and trains them to be the kind of consistent, trustworthy presence that lets clients drop their guard and actually engage in the work.

Education & Credentials

Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, University of Miami. Carly's behavioral health career began with her own treatment and her decision to join RECO's BHT team afterward — a rare leadership trajectory that gives her firsthand insight into both sides of the residential experience.

What to Expect

At RECO Immersive, the people you spend the most time with — through morning groups, between sessions, during evenings on campus — are the BHT team Carly leads. That's not accidental. It reflects her conviction that healing happens in the relational ground beneath the clinical work, and her job is to make sure that ground is solid.

Carly and our team are ready to support you.
