From movement to mindfulness, every moment is designed to support your well-being. Our structured schedule blends therapy, self-care, and holistic healing to help you find clarity, balance, and lasting emotional strength.
Morning
7:00 AM
Wake up
The day begins at RECO Immersive housing, where clients make their beds, shower, and get dressed. This routine supports a sense of stability and personal care, setting the tone for the day.
Breakfast
A nourishing, balanced breakfast fuels both body and mind, giving clients the energy they need to engage in the day ahead.
Morning meditation
A short, guided meditation to ground the body and calm the mind. This practice promotes mindfulness, emotional regulation, and intention setting.
Community meeting
The full group gathers to check in, share updates, and review the day’s plan. This is a space for building trust, structure, and accountability within the community.
First group therapy session
Led by licensed clinicians, this session focuses on topics such as emotional processing, trauma recovery, or cognitive-behavioral skills. Group therapy helps clients explore shared experiences and build healthy connections.
Group break
A short break between sessions allows clients to recharge and reset before continuing with the day.
Afternoon

Lunch
A well-balanced lunch encourages healthy eating habits and provides a break to socialize or reflect.
Individual therapy
One-on-one sessions with a licensed therapist provide clients with deep personal insight, clinical guidance, and customized treatment planning.
Case management
Case managers support clients with life skills, discharge planning, aftercare coordination, and practical goal setting for long-term success.
Second group therapy session
Afternoon groups may explore themes like relationships, boundaries, or communication, continuing the emotional and behavioral work started earlier in the day.
Group break
Another short break gives you a moment to reflect, hydrate, and rest.
Neurointegration therapy
A neuroscience-informed treatment session that may include techniques like neurofeedback, brain mapping, or somatic regulation exercises to support nervous system balance and cognitive function.
TMS (when assigned)
Clients approved for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) receive targeted, non-invasive brain stimulation to help regulate mood and treat conditions such as depression or anxiety.
Evening
5:15 PM
Dinner
Clients are transported to and from dinner, allowing for a relaxed meal and informal social connection.
Evening group session
Evening groups create space for reflection, shared experiences, and emotional connection, winding down the day in a therapeutic way.
Free time
Clients are encouraged to relax, journal, engage in hobbies, or connect with others during this personal downtime.
Goodnight group check-in, goal setting
The day ends with a brief community check-in. Clients reflect on the day, set goals for tomorrow, and close the evening with gratitude and intention.
Bed time
Rest is essential for healing. A structured bedtime routine helps restore energy, repair the body, and prepare you for a new day of recovery.
