What is this service?

Creative and Expressive Art Therapy gives you space to explore what you're feeling without needing to talk it all out. Through painting, music, writing, or movement, you can tap into parts of yourself that words often miss. You don’t need to be good at art. It’s about expressing what’s inside, safely.

Why do we use it?

Sometimes, talk therapy isn’t enough. Trauma, anxiety, or burnout can live in the body or show up as stuck emotions. Expressive therapy helps get that out. Not by thinking harder, but by letting creativity do what conversation can’t.

How does it help with mental healthcare?

It opens up new ways to process pain, reconnect with yourself, and feel grounded. When paired with other therapies, it helps you go deeper, heal more fully, and build emotional resilience in a way that lasts.
